What if you can’t find a match for my product?+
If we can’t deliver two qualified matches within 5 business days, you’ll get a full refund. This is rare, but the guarantee is there.
Are these factories in the US or overseas?+
Both. When you submit your brief you can specify a region preference — or leave it open and we’ll recommend based on your product, volume, and budget.
Do you take a commission from the factory?+
No. We charge the one-time fee and that’s it. We don’t earn anything on top from factories.
Can I get more than two matches?+
Often two is enough. If you need more options, we can help with additional matches after the initial two.
How quickly will I hear back after paying?+
