The site may include vendor listings, search filters, reviews, vendor claim features, blog content, affiliate links, bug reporting, paid plans, and Find My Manufacturer services.
2. Directory Use
The directory is provided to help users discover and research vendors. We do not own, operate, or control the vendors listed unless clearly stated.
You are responsible for your own due diligence before working with any manufacturer, supplier, wholesaler, or service provider.
We are not responsible for vendor pricing, product quality, timelines, samples, bulk production, communication, refunds, disputes, or any agreement made between you and a vendor.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login secure.
You may not use the site to submit false information, impersonate another person or business, spam vendors, scrape data, abuse the platform, or interfere with the website.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Vendor Listings and Claimed Profiles
Vendor profiles may include publicly available information or information submitted by users, vendors, or our team.
Vendors may be able to claim their listings and update certain profile details.
Claiming a profile does not guarantee approval of all edits. We may review, reject, edit, or remove information that appears inaccurate, misleading, promotional in a harmful way, or inconsistent with the directory.
5. Submissions
If you submit a vendor, review, bug report, blog content, profile update, claim request, or other content, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
By submitting content, you grant us permission to store, display, edit, moderate, and use that content in connection with the site.
We may remove or reject any content at our discretion.
6. Reviews
Reviews are intended to help users evaluate vendors. You may not submit fake reviews, competitor attacks, paid reviews without disclosure, spam, misleading claims, or reviews for vendors you have not interacted with.
We may moderate reviews before they appear publicly.
We may ask for supporting proof to verify a review. Proof submitted for verification is not intended to be displayed publicly.
We may approve, reject, hide, or remove reviews if they appear false, abusive, unverifiable, or harmful.
7. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Some features, listings, plans, advertising options, or services may require payment.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Subscription plans may renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are only provided according to the refund terms shown at checkout or stated for the specific service.
8. Find My Manufacturer Service
Find My Manufacturer is a paid service where we help match you with potential manufacturers based on the project details you provide.
We do not guarantee that a manufacturer will accept your project, offer a specific price, meet your timeline, produce your product, or enter into an agreement with you.
Any communication, sample order, bulk order, payment, contract, or dispute between you and a manufacturer is between you and that manufacturer.
9. Affiliate Links and Blog Content
Blog posts and educational content are for informational purposes only. Some posts may include affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click or purchase through certain links.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product, service, vendor, or tool is the best fit for your business.
10. Bug Reports
Users may submit bug reports or incorrect information reports. Submitting a report does not guarantee an immediate fix, response, or specific action.
We may review, prioritize, resolve, reject, or delete bug reports at our discretion.
11. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee business results, successful vendor partnerships, production outcomes, revenue, sales, rankings, leads, or customer conversions from using the directory, paid services, blog content, or vendor listings.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Post fake reviews
- Scrape, copy, or mass-export directory data
- Use the site to spam vendors or users
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the site
- Use the site for illegal activity
- Impersonate another person or business
- Upload harmful code or malicious content
- Violate another person’s intellectual property rights
13. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, design, content, database structure, copy, and platform features belong to LivelyLys Manufacturing List or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
