Our directory is for finding manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, and wholesalers. You may browse, search, and contact vendors in accordance with your subscription plan. You are responsible for your own due diligence when engaging with any vendor.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Creating an account may be required for certain features. Premium and Vendor Pro plans are billed via Stripe. Refund policy is as stated at checkout or in your plan details.

3. Submissions and content

When you submit a vendor or leave a review, you grant us a license to display and use that content. You must not submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

4. Matchmaking service

“Find My Manufacturer” and similar services may involve a fee. We will match you with vendors based on your requirements. Payment terms and fees will be communicated before any charge.

5. Limitation of liability

We provide the directory as-is. We are not liable for any agreements, quality, or conduct between you and any vendor. Your use of vendor contact information and any resulting transactions are solely at your risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you where practicable.
